Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ananta Dynamics (Pty) Ltd ("Ananta Dynamics", "we", "us") handles information when you use our website and our mobile applications (the "Apps"). It applies to every App we publish on Google Play unless an App's store listing links to a separate policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- App data stored on your device. Content you create in our Apps is stored locally on your device unless an App clearly states otherwise.
- Diagnostics. Some Apps may collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage statistics to help us fix bugs. These do not identify you personally.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect contacts, precise location, photos or other sensitive data unless an App needs it for a feature you choose to use, and only after asking for permission.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Apps.
- To respond to support requests.
- To meet legal obligations.
Third-party services
Our Apps are distributed through Google Play, and Google may collect information under its own privacy policy. If an App uses other third-party services (for example analytics, crash reporting or advertising), they are named in that App's Google Play data safety section.
Processing outside South Africa
Some of the services we rely on, including Google Play, our website host and our email provider, may store or process information on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Data retention and deletion
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. Data stored locally by an App is removed when you uninstall it. To ask us to delete any information we hold about you, email hello@anantadynamics.co.za and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Under POPIA, and depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
